Beautiful Peanut.

so boo ran away, for the 3rd time. He got out from under the fence in my backyard! My mom and i were looking for him for a few hours when my dad calls and says someone took him to the vet. i thought he was hurt if they took him there. but no! he's ok. Luckily, someone picked him up and saw that his tag had the vets number on it and took him there safely. i still don't have a real name tag for him. i'm going today right before class so this doesn't happen again! i was sooo scared. while we were looking for him i found 4 lost dogs. like, all of the lost dogs in madison were found by me except for boo!!! mom thought the bigger dogs ate boo thats why we couldn't find him. (ha! silly mom.) but...... do you know where he ended up? HUGHES ROAD! seriously?! boo is crazy for crossing busy roads like that. the people who found him were at krogers. boo is so lucky he had guardian angels looking out for him! :)

tomorrow i go in for my steroid shot in my back. my injury from high school golf team is acting up again. so i won't be anywhere this weekend. i have to stay in bed so itll take affect. but mom & i will be watching the bama game on tv! if you're bored you can definitely come join. i'm sure we'll have beer and chips perhaps me and mom can round up some wings. i know baron will be working :( so he won't be there. sadd! :( but he'd be bad luck- cuz he's totally against bama and everything. (lame)

i missed my first quiz, homework, and test this week. I'M SOOOO ANNOYED. things kept interferring with it. test tomorrow is during my shot time and i definitely can't go take a test while still being unconscious. and my quiz- i had a migrane. and my homework was today, the class i missed because baby boo was missing. hopefully next week itll be better.

OH i DIDN'T get the internship at SAIC. i'm extremely bummed out about it. i was wanting this job so bad. i can really use the money right now since we didn't get approved for my student loan. they found someone that better fit the position. which is understandable because i wasn't an HR major (the job was an HR intern). The staff in the HR department were extremely friendly and nice and it seemed like it would be a lot of fun to work there. maybe next time! (they were also allllll bama fans.) i applied for a bookkeeping job at an apartment complex, babysitting in the nursury at church, and i'm also taking whitney's advice and asking stephen about that job opening he's hiring for. i need to get money to save up for my last semester in college. wouldn't that suck if i couldn't graduate next may just because of money? UGH.

on a good note: i got my new lap top. it's pink. and wonderful. i love it! dad got it for me because he has to take his back (i was borrowing it b/c my desk top sucks butt) it's mine all mine now.

another good note: PAUL FINLEY WON MAYOR OF MADISON! i am so thankful and excited. he's definitely pro-chamber and will help keep the madison chamber alive as opposed to the other mayor who wanted our chamber to shut down. i believe finley will do a wonderful job as our new mayor! thanks to everyone who went out and voted for him! like i said, every vote counts! my friend stephen simpson was running for district 2 councilman. he lost...BUT only by 60 votes! that says a lot seeing how he's like what 23 ? and running against councilman jennings who's been in there for 2 terms! i'm proud of him! maybe next time stephen! good job though! (if we just had 61 voters go out and vote he could have won! seriously, every stinkin vote counts.

i really want to move into an apartment. this house is annoying, hot, and dirty. i clean it every other day but its soo big its so hard to keep up with all by myself. an apartment would be small and easy to handle. but this house is way cheaper that ANY apartment would be. (well one that's safe and nice anyway) booooo. i want to hire a maid or something to come clean it every week. thatd be so awesome.

and my skiing trip has been cancelled. baron isn't getting outta class for break till the 18th of december and thats right before christmas so we cant really take a trip at that time. i'm so bummed. maybe after christmas i can do something like skiing. i was so looking forward to that!!!

i guess that's all the updates for now.

p.s. the title... its the name of my band. well, the band i would have if i had a band. baron kept talking about all these bands that had random akward names...like handsome furr and stuff like that. i was like well mine will be beautiful peanut. i duno...just being random again! haha

Brittany: Ski Bunny of the South

So, thanks to my wonderful friend Jeff- I have an interview at SAIC tuesday!! I can't get overly excited yet but *yay!* It would be wonderful to get a part-time job. I have so much time on my hands right now during the week. I don't really study during the day- so having a job for a few hours a week would be PERFECT.

Also, this year I'm vice president of the UAH College Republicans and we need young exciting republicans to join!!! If you go to UAH, talk to me about it! It'll be fun- we're trying to make this year the best year so far. Since this is election year, we'll be getting really involved in the presidential campaign i'm sure.

Baron is wii bowling. so funny. he will not give up on trying to make a perfect score on this little practice thing. boo is just watching him like a retard.

Baron also just bought a 6-pack of Mackeson's XXX beer. It's my favorite beer & they sell it at the liquor store by public. It tastes like coffee and NOTHING like beer. yay-yuh, that's what i'm talking about. =) I had it at the Nook- which is an amazing place to go! It's small and homey. The guy that hosts open mic night is frreaking cool too. Baron played there the other weekend & blew me away. He's amazing. I know i say it a lot, but really he is. haha Anyways- the Nook-- over 132 beers!!!! go.

***Christmas Break*** I want to go on a 3 day & 3 night ski trip to West Virginia. The resort itself is only $200 (for two people) if more want to come it gets cheaper! That includes just the resort though. The drive up there is 12 hours i think. Baron's been there before. I haven't! I'm extremely excited about this trip. I'm going no matter what. I'm thinking Dec 6- Dec 10. If anyone is interested let me know... itll be SO freaking fun. i'll be on the bunny slopes the whole time i'm sure for two reasons: 1. i've never skiied before 2. i'm scared of heights.

HOUSE BUNNY TONIGHT! i've been looking forward to this night ever since i saw the previews..wooo!!!! i'll let you all know how awesome it was when i get back from seeing it.

I despise Spanish. I dropped that class. There is no way in hell that I'm going to spend a million hours a week working on a 100 level course when i have 400 level classes to waste my time on. Como se llama? ME LLAMA ES I DON'T GIVE A CRAP.

Today I had class at 10am. It's quite a full class of crazy people. I have an Amish man and a man that tells me all mathematicions speak several languages (i don't really care. but he insists on talking to me & nick). The whole class time those two are talking the whole time asking HORRIBLE questions that only THEY would ask. So it's pretty hard not to sit there and laugh at them the whole time. Not to mention Nick's comments... if you know him you know that what he is saying he's going to hell for. It makes for an interesting class though. TOO bad it's going to be one of my hardest classes- so i actually have to pay attention in it...hopefully the crazies won't distract me too much.

I'm going to see House Bunny Friday. I'm soooooo excited. Anna Faris is hilarious and makes me laugh every single time I watch the preview on tv. I'm also dragging Baron along with me. I know he secretly is just excited to see it as I am. I meannnn- who doesn't want to see Anna Faris? If you don't know who Anna Faris is, she's the crazy pop star in Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds.

And Freakin A people, GO VOTE AUGUST 26th, thats a tuesday!! Vote Paul Finley for Mayor.

SO many people are age are not voting nor care to think about politics...It makes me upset. I mean seriously...this is our city and our country...at least vote for President!!! It's important, and i believe we need to know what's going on in our economy and everything else... thats just me though. Voting is important..so all i can do is stress how every vote counts & to get out there and just vote! it takes .5 seconds.

And, you may be wondering why my title of this blog is what it is. Well its true, i only drink bottled water.
